In this interview, James mentions that a London date was scheduled in the middle of their current tour, postponed until September (first known European date is 1991-09-01), so this postponed show must have been originally been scheduled in London in July-August 1991.

1993-06-04 likely cancelled due to delays recording Siamese dream. Green Day may have been added to the bill later.
