The Smashing Pumpkins
Date 1998-07-19
Venue Chum City Building
Location Toronto, CA
Venue Type TV Studio (first set)/Plaza (second set)
Notes The band were scheduled to play outside the Much Music studios, but it rained. They played 5 songs indoors, then did a lengthy interview interspersed with several videos. After this the rain let up and they played outside. They were supposed to stop after 1979, but played Transmission. The network execs were nice enough to let the song be aired in full the first time, but all subsequent broadcasts have missed it.
